"Nose of Cognac" workshop in Cognac｜France

You'll visit our Echallat estate through the Press, the Fermentation Room, the Distillery, the Aging Cellar, and the Blending Room, before arriving at the workshop.
During the visit, we'll take 2 samples of brandy of different ages from the barrel. Once at the workshop, we'll start with a game of aroma recognition (15 primary aromas), then we'll discover the distinctive aromas of young and old cognacs, before playing again to discover the age of the mystery cognac.
