Immerse yourself in the history of our family winery, passed down from generation to generation in the heart of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Welcomed by a member of the family, you will discover the behind-the-scenes of our property during a privileged tour of the winery cellar, where each stage of the production of our wines will be revealed to you.
The experience continues in our very first tasting cellar, an authentic and intimate place, usually kept off-limits to the public. Settle in to a cozy atmosphere for an exclusive vertical tasting of our iconic Cuvée Alexis Establet, a 100% Grenache Noir from a selection of century-old vines, in AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape red. Through four vintages, from the youngest to the oldest, let yourself be guided on a true exploration of the evolution of time on this great wine, while enjoying a privileged view of our vat room.
The little ones aren't left out! While the adults enjoy their wine tasting, they will be offered (local) syrups. They will also have access to a small educational and fun booklet, specially designed around the aromas of the wines that the adults have tasted.
To extend this experience, you will be able to take home the document provided to you during the tasting, which presents the characteristics, special features, and tasting notes of each of the vintages explored. This document will allow you to keep a souvenir of this vertical tasting and to appreciate its subtleties well beyond your visit.
To preserve the exclusive nature of this experience, each tour is deliberately limited to 6 participants. This format encourages discussion, allows us to answer all your questions, and offers a more personal immersion in the world of our family estate. You will thus enjoy an exclusive experience, far from traditional group tours, away from prying eyes. (Of course, if you book a time slot for 2 people, it will be just the two of you for that time slot.)
Finally, you will be able to buy the wines you have tasted directly from the estate. If you want to travel light or have your bottles sent to your home, we also offer a shipping service in France and to many countries internationally, starting from 6 bottles.
At the end of the experience, if you wish, you will be offered the opportunity to taste other wines from the range in the current sales cellar. And each participant will leave with a small souvenir of this experience.
