Guided by an artist-teacher from the Paul Cézanne Academy, you'll learn to observe a landscape like a painter and grasp its essence: a particular light, a harmony of colors, a silhouette, an atmosphere, or that little detail that made you want to stop.
Outdoors, in an authentic and inspiring setting, you will create your own watercolor, guided step by step in a warm, caring, and friendly atmosphere. You will discover simple techniques to compose your image, mix colors, create contrasts, and preserve all the freshness and luminosity of your painting.
Whether you are a beginner or already a drawing enthusiast, everyone progresses at their own pace. The goal is not to perfectly reproduce the landscape, but to find your own way of telling its story.
And because Provence is also a story, your experience will be punctuated by anecdotes about the places, the landscapes, and the artists who immortalized them. You may discover why this light has attracted so many painters, and how looking at a landscape can completely change the way you feel about it.
Then comes the pleasure of creating together: observing, discussing, trying, starting over, laughing sometimes... and seeing your painting gradually come to life.
At the end of the workshop, you will leave with your original work, created on the spot, but also with something much more precious: a souvenir of Provence that you will have created yourself.
