This interesting and entertaining private walking tour will take you to see terrific hidden gems including Cleopatra's Needle and the Sphinx that protect it, Britain's smallest police station, The Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, Lincoln's Inn courts of law, the Knight's Templar church, a bank converted into a pub, the most beautiful and quirky pub in London and other fascinating locations.

We will meet at Embankment Underground Station next to the flower stand at the exit to the park.
We will start our adventure by visiting Cleopatra's Needle/Sphinx, a gift from the Egyptian Government which is 3500 years old.
At Trafalgar Square we will see what was Britain's smallest police station.
In Covent Garden we will visit the Opera House with its incredible views of the piazza and the location of the old Bow Street Police Station where the Police Force was established and Freemasons' Hall.
We will go on to visit The Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn and the smallest building in London the Ostler's Hut.
An ostler was someone who looked after horses so this little space provided a small slice of respite for the working man to have a seat, cup of tea and sit by the fire between jobs.
Onto The Old Bank of England pub where we will stop for a refreshment.
The Knights Templar church and its historical grounds and Two Temple Place are a short walk away.
We will end our tour at The Blackfriars pub. I will leave you to soak in the atmosphere or continue your voyage of discovery. The Underground is close by.
