Meet at the activity provider's centre near Grantown-on-Spey to get kitted up, before heading to the start point with your guide.

On the water, build skills gradually, starting with simple steering and control, then adding more techniques and river awareness as your confidence grows.

Along the way, enjoy the scenery, spot wildlife, and take in the Cairngorms from a fresh perspective.

No previous experience is required, you can be a complete beginner and enjoy the experience of trying something new and enjoying the stunning scenery at the same time. Children as young as 7 year old can join (with an accompanying adult) creating great memories.

You will finish back at our centre where you can find more activities and a cafe for food and drink.
