ข้อมูลสินค้า

Roll up your sleeves and join Iain Campbell, 7th-generation award-winning baker and owner of Campbell’s Bakery, as he teaches you to make one of Scotland’s most iconic staples — the humble yet mighty oatcake.

In this relaxed, hands-on class, learn how to create traditional Scottish oatcakes from scratch in a working bakehouse, using a family recipe passed down through generations since 1830.

Discover tried-and-tested techniques and learn how this simple, wholesome biscuit became a staple of Scottish life, equally delicious with sweet or savory toppings or simply enjoyed warm from the oven.

While your oatcakes bake, enjoy tea, coffee and handmade cakes as you hear stories from the bakery’s rich heritage and the craft of traditional Scottish baking.

Leave with your own freshly baked oatcakes, wrapped for travel, along with newfound skills and a true taste of Scotland’s culinary past.
