The 3-hour tour is the easiest way to sightsee in Munich’s Old Town as it includes private transfers between the sites, so you won't have to walk long distances. The tour will begin with a pickup from your accommodation in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle. You will first visit Marienplatz, the beating heart of the Old Town. See the magnificent New Town Hall as well as the 14th-century Old Town, the famous Fish Brunnen fountain and St Peter’s Church. Make a stop at the sprawling 200-year-old Victuals Market (Viktualienmarkt) and try authentic Munich food and beer (at your own expense).

See also the ornate Asamkirche and the restored, 14th-century city gate Sendlinger Tor, the Renaissance-style St. Michael's Church and the Gothic-style Frauenkirche. Learn about the Munich’s dark past as the city where the Nazi Party first came to power and see the Odeonsplatz, where the fatal gu battle of Beer Hall Putsch took place. The final stop will be at the Residenz, which housed the Bavarian monarch from 1385 to 1918. At the end of the tour, you will be dropped off at the address of your accommodation.

Choose the 7-tour tour to enhance your experience with a visit inside some of these historical and cultural monuments! During this tour you will step inside St. Peter’s Church, which is the city’s oldest church, known for its beautiful high altar and a gem-studded relic of St. Mundita. You will also visit Frauenkirche (Munich Cathedral) to hear the story of its legendary Devil’s footprint, and Asamkirche to admire its lavish, baroque interior swathed in gold leaf, frescoes and stucco. This extended route also includes a stop at the English Garden, a beautiful urban park known for river surviving, beer and naked sunbathing.
