The Nizwa region of Oman is a unique destination for travelers who wish to experience both the traditional and modern aspects of the country. From the centuries-old Nizwa Fort and ancient archaeological sites to the bustling Nizwa Souk, Birkat AL Mouz & Jebel Akhdar Al Hajar Mountains Range, visitors are spoilt for choice in terms of sightseeing and activities.
During the roses season in March and April and the pomegranate season in October and November, visitors can enjoy remarkable views and special activities like picking pomegranates and exploring the colorful market stalls.
Jabel Shams is the highest mountain in Oman is about 3100 meters high there are many views and a beautiful villages .
