Check that your phone supports eSIM before booking. Dial *#06# and if an EID appears, your phone can use an eSIM. Carrier locked phones are not supported.
Install the eSIM over a stable Wi-Fi connection. A deleted eSIM cannot be installed again.
The plan runs for 30 days from the first use in Canada. If the eSIM is not installed, it stays valid for 90 days from the day the email arrives.
Once the email with the QR code has been sent, the order cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.
Network quality varies with your device, location, terrain and network traffic.
