Afterwards, you'll have one of the most exciting experiences of the tour: you'll cross the valley in a tarabita (cable car) with spectacular views of the forest. On the other side, you'll start a short hike along natural trails until you reach the Nambillo waterfall, where you can relax, take pictures, or cool off if you like.
Your next visit will be to the Mindo Butterfly Garden, a space dedicated to the conservation of numerous species of tropical butterflies. You'll learn about their life cycle and have the opportunity to observe them very closely in a setting full of vegetation.
Afterwards, you'll have time for lunch and to explore the pleasant center of Mindo.
To end the experience, you'll discover one of the most representative flavors of Ecuador.
You can choose between an artisan chocolate tour, where you'll learn about the complete process from cocoa to the chocolate bar with a food tasting included, or a specialty coffee tour, learning about its production and enjoying a delicious tasting.
