Forest Bath Therapy: Manzanillo, Costa Rica｜Costa Rica

Our Bribri ancestors practiced this form of natural medicine to balance body, mind, and spirit. Today we offer it as a unique experience that:
• Reduces stress and improves physical and mental well-being.
• Invites meditation and mindfulness in the middle of the rainforest.
• Connects each participant with the energy of nature and ancestral wisdom.

We start the activity in the morning with a hotel pick-up, and then we travel to the beautiful Manzanillo rainforest, where we'll begin the hike on private land.
The experience ends with a small cacao ceremony, a symbol of harmony and gratitude.
