Transportation Service and Regular Circuito Chico Sightseeing Tour - Bariloche

This service includes arrival and departure transfers between Bariloche Airport and downtown accommodations (exclusive coverage up to Kilometer 8), along with the classic Circuito Chico excursion.

Arrival Transfer (Airport to Hotel):
The local partner will contact you on WhatsApp within 24 hours of your arrival. Upon landing, the vehicle will be available after 30 minutes for domestic flights and after 45 minutes for international flights, with a waiting tolerance of 15 minutes (after which additional charges may apply). The driver will wait outside the terminal, in the boarding and disembarking area of the main gate. The passenger must reply to the WhatsApp message when collecting their luggage to arrange the meeting.

Departure Transfer (Hotel to Airport):
The supplier will reconfirm the pick-up time via WhatsApp within 24 hours beforehand. This time is fixed and cannot be changed. The driver will be at the hotel lobby asking for the ticket holder, or at the door of the accommodation. The maximum waiting time is 10 minutes from the arrival of the vehicle.

Scheduled Circuito Chico excursion:
The tour guide will contact you a few minutes before the pick-up time to let you know that he or she is on the way to the hotel.

Terms and Conditions and Luggage:

Flight changes or delays must be reported via WhatsApp at least 6 hours in advance; otherwise, the service will be subject to availability and possible additional charges.

Please notify us urgently if any passenger is wheelchair-bound.

Maximum luggage capacity for private car service: 2 luggage items up to 23 kg and 2 hand luggage items per vehicle.
