The adventure begins on Route 7, where the access to the trail leading to Cerro Bayo starts, one of the most appealing hikes in the Mendoza foothills. From the start, the trail gradually ascends, passing through the arid landscape typical of the region and offering sweeping views of the valley and the course of the Mendoza River.

As you gain altitude, the landscape becomes increasingly majestic, offering sweeping panoramic views of the mountain range and its surroundings. Upon reaching the summit of Cerro Bayo, you will find yourself in a prime location, ideal for taking a break, snapping photos, and marveling at the vastness of the Andean landscape.

After a break at the top, we will begin our descent along the same trail, with plenty of time to continue taking in the scenery and connecting with the tranquility of the mountain.

At the end of the hike, the experience continues with lunch at a local winery. There, you can relax while sampling Mendoza wines and regional dishes, rounding off the day with the best of the mountains and wine.
Advance booking (at least 24 hours in advance) is recommended, as availability at the wineries is limited. The winery is selected based on availability, with priority always given to options close to the hiking route to enhance the experience.

  • Know Before You Go: This experience combines nature and gastronomy. We will hike along mountain trails, crossing a watercourse several times and passing through areas of vegetation. Although the hike is fairly easy, it is important to note that the terrain is rough and somewhat uneven.
