Buenos Aires: Empanada and Alfajor Class with Wine in San Telmo｜Argentina

Your culinary journey begins at a beautiful historic mansion tucked away in the heart of San Telmo (Balcarce 1016). As you step through its doors, you'll leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind to enter a private, tree-lined courtyard surrounded by native vegetation, the perfect setting for a 100% hands-on culinary experience.

Upon arrival, your bilingual host will welcome you and get you ready to get down to work. You'll learn how to make traditional empanadas from scratch: you'll prepare the dough, season the fillings (with options of well-seasoned meat and vegetarian alternatives), and master the precise technique of the classic Argentine repulgue (crimping). To add a sweet touch to the day, you'll also make your own homemade alfajores filled with plenty of dulce de leche.

Once the dishes are baked, we'll all gather at a large shared table outdoors in the courtyard to enjoy the feast you cooked with your own hands.
