What to bring for the tour: Water shoes (not mandatory but practical), a pair of goggles, a change of clothes, and a towel. On site, you have access to a toilet and a shower, as well as a reception where you can store your personal belongings safely.

Departures are in the morning from the base at 9:00 AM and in the afternoon at 1:00 PM.

The activity is allowed for children aged 5 and over. Driving is allowed from the age of 16.

The activity is forbidden for pregnant women and people with serious physical problems (joint pain or recent surgery on the knees, back, neck, etc.).
