Meet your guide at Spitzkoppe Community Rest Camp Restaurant. Visit the Rock Arch, where the natural granite frame creates a memorable setting for photographs. Discover the paintings at Bushman’s Paradise and learn about the area’s cultural heritage. Your guide shares insights into the geology, plants, wildlife and human history that make this landscape distinctive.

This is the shorter scenic and cultural hiking option at Spitzkoppe, rather than a mountain-summit ascent. The chain-assisted approach still requires confidence on rocky terrain. Share any concerns about mobility or heights before the trip so your guide can assess suitability. The pace and route depend on conditions and the group’s readiness.

Allow approximately 1–2 hours for the complete outing, including the return. Wear sturdy hiking shoes and bring drinking water and sun protection. Please help preserve the site by not touching the rock paintings. Transport to and from Spitzkoppe is not included.
