5 Day Terelj and Khuvsgul Lake Winter experience tour｜Mongolia

Day 1
Drive to Terelj National Park Via Chinggis Khaan statue.
Meeting point at Max Mall trading center parking point, We will vsit Zaisan Hill and drive to Terelj National Park. Gorkhi–Terelj National Park, located 60 km southeast of Ulaanbaatar (about a 1 to 2 hour drive), is the closest national park to the city. Highlights include Turtle Rock and the Aryabal Meditation Temple, set among scenic granite mountains, forests, and unique rock formations.

Chinggis Khaan Statue
The 40-meter-tall Chinggis Khaan Equestrian Statue, the world’s largest, located at Tsonjin Boldog. Made of stainless steel, it depicts Chinggis Khaan holding a golden whip and is surrounded by a cultural complex with panoramic views and a museum.
Drive back to Ulaanbaatar and catch a sleeping train to Erdenet City.

Day 2
At morning train reach at Erdenet City meet with a drive travel to Khuvsgul lake.
Overnight in a ger hostel with a shower nearby lake.

Day 3
Activite on Kuvsgul Lake, one of the largest lakes in Mongolia is known as “ The Dark Blue Pearl ”. Located in the most northern province (Khuvsgul province), it is the largest tributary stream of Lake Baikal in Russia.
Ride a horse slide on Khuvsgul Lake. Also if you want its possible to walk along.

Day 4
Today we will leave from Khuvsgul Lake to Erdenet City Via Bulgan Province.
On the way, we will visit "Uran Togoo" Volcano and observe the beautiful nature and local life, and we will stop for lunch on the way, rest, and then move on. We will also have the opportunity to stop and take pictures at interesting places along the way.


Day 5
Drive back to Ulaanbaatar. Along the way, we will visit Aglag Creation Temple. on the way stop for lunch and make several short stops to take photos, relax, and enjoy the surrounding nature. You will also have opportunities to observe the local lifestyle in the countryside. Arrival in Ulaanbaatar in the late afternoon or evening.
