Sometimes, the best way to understand Greenland's scale is simply to leave the shore behind.

Set out from Nuuk Harbour and watch the city gradually disappear as mountains, open water, and dramatic Arctic coastline take its place. Over two hours, cruise through the surrounding fjord scenery with views of Sermitsiaq, remote islands, waterfalls when conditions allow, and seasonal ice carried through these ever-changing waters.

Your local captain shares light insights about the landscape and life around the fjord while leaving plenty of time to simply look, photograph, and enjoy the stillness. Seals, seabirds, and whales may occasionally appear along the way, although nature makes no promises. With no lengthy stops or added activities, this experience is intentionally simple: two hours on the water, surrounded by Greenland.
