Begin your day with a convenient pickup from your hotel lobby in Guilin city center at 8:30 AM. Set off on a scenic 2-hour drive to the Longji Rice Terraces Scenic Area.

Make your first stop at Huang Luo Yao Minority Village. Spend about 15 to half an hour exploring the village and admiring the local pole and railing-style wooden stilted buildings. As you walk through the village, feel the echoes of history and the vicissitudes of time.

Next, take a 20-minute drive to the highlight of the tour, the PingAn Rice Terraces. Enjoy over 2 hours to hike through the rice fields, taking in the breathtaking views of the terraces. Learn about the Yao and Zhuang villagers who still use the terraces to grow premium quality rice.

After your hike, enjoy a leisurely lunch before heading back to your hotel in Guilin.
