PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Make your journey between Bangkok and Hua Hin convenient and comfortable with a private airport transfer.

This private transfer service is available between Hua Hin and Bangkok's two major airports: Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang International Airport (DMK).

For airport pickup, the driver or representative will wait at the designated meeting point with a sign displaying the passenger's name. Up to 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time is provided from the actual flight arrival time.

For airport drop-off, the driver will pick you up from your hotel, accommodation, or designated pickup location in Hua Hin and take you directly to the selected Bangkok airport.

Different vehicle categories are available to accommodate different group sizes and luggage requirements.

This is a private transfer. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for your booking and is not shared with other passengers.

PET POLICY

Pets are allowed.

All pets must remain securely inside an appropriate pet carrier or cage throughout the journey.

Please provide the type, size, and number of pets when making the booking.

Passengers are responsible for preparing a suitable pet carrier or cage.

NAME SIGN / MEET & GREET

Name sign service is available for airport pickup.

The driver or representative will wait at the designated meeting point holding a sign displaying the lead passenger's name.

Please ensure that the passenger name entered in the reservation is correct.

AIRPORT WAITING TIME

Up to 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time is provided for airport pickups.

The complimentary waiting period begins from the actual flight arrival time.

Additional waiting charges may apply if the passenger does not meet the driver within the complimentary waiting period.

FLIGHT DELAY

Flight arrival information will be checked according to the flight number provided in the booking.

If the flight is delayed, the airport pickup will be adjusted according to the updated arrival time whenever possible.

Please ensure that the correct flight number is provided.

If your flight information changes, please update your booking information through the KKday platform as soon as possible.

AIRPORT PICKUP INFORMATION

Please provide:

• Lead passenger's full name
• Flight number
• Flight arrival date
• Scheduled arrival time
• Number of passengers
• Number and approximate size of luggage
• Selected destination/hotel
• Child seat or booster seat request, if required
• Pet information, if traveling with a pet

After immigration, baggage collection, and customs clearance, please proceed to the designated meeting point.

Look for the sign displaying the lead passenger's name.

HOTEL PICKUP INFORMATION

For transfers from Hua Hin to the airport, please provide:

• Hotel/accommodation name
• Complete pickup address
• Lead passenger's name
• Number of passengers
• Number and approximate size of luggage
• Flight departure time
• Flight number
• Requested pickup time

Please be ready at the designated pickup point before the scheduled pickup time.

Passengers should allow sufficient travel time for traffic conditions and airport check-in.

LUGGAGE POLICY

Please select the appropriate vehicle according to the number of passengers and amount of luggage.

The total number of passengers and luggage must not exceed the capacity of the selected vehicle.

Large or special items must be declared in advance, including:

• Baby strollers
• Wheelchairs
• Golf bags
• Bicycles
• Surfboards
• Sports equipment
• Other oversized items

Additional or larger vehicles may be required if the luggage exceeds the capacity of the booked vehicle.
