At Kitchen by Stefano Marvello, the Southern Highlands’ food-and-drinks immersion studio, this 3.5-hour Pasta Masterclass is a sensory journey into the heart of Italian cooking. Guided by award-winning chef Stefano Marvello, guests learn to make fresh pasta from scratch and craft sauces shaped by season, simplicity and the best ingredients mother nature provides.

Hands press, dough rests, sauces simmer. Stefano shares time-honoured techniques, instinctive cues and quiet details that turn good pasta into something memorable — the kind of cooking knowledge you carry home and use again and again.

When the cooking is done, the kitchen becomes the table. Guests sit down together to enjoy a relaxed Italian meal made entirely from what they’ve created, sharing food, stories and laughter.





You’ll leave with flour on your hands, a full heart, and the confidence to go home and wow family and friends.
