Child policy:
- Children under 3 years are free of charge but still required to obtain an admission ticket at the box office.
- The Beast: Children under 3 years or shorter than 102cm are not allowed. Children must be able to sit in their own seats without assistance.

Good to know:
- Please plan ahead and arrive at the activity location at least 45-60 minutes before your scheduled activity time to allow for security checks. Boarding begins 30 minutes before departure, and boats will leave promptly on schedule.
- Choosing your seat location is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All cruises stop directly in front of the Statue of Liberty for photos, but do not disembark onto Liberty Island.
- Wheelchair access is provided on the first floor of all vessels (except The Beast).
- An onboard cafe and full-service bar are available for purchasing a freshly prepared menu of sandwiches, salads, and snacks along with hot and cold beverages, including beer, wine, and cocktails (except The Beast).
- Complimentary WiFi is also available on deck (except The Beast).
- The Beast: Not recommended for pregnant people or those with heart conditions or back injuries. You and your belongings may get wet during the tour. Be careful your hat and sunglasses can fly away during the boat ride. The Beast does not operate when it's raining: Cancelled rides can be rebooked or refunded.
