3. Tour Instructions: The tour guide will only provide pick-up and drop-off services and itinerary information. The tour guide will not enter the scenic area to accompany the tourists. After entering the park, tourists are free to do their own activities.

4. Travel Tips: Rafting season is from April to October. It is recommended to bring your own change of clothes, non-slip slippers, and a waterproof phone case. People with a fear of heights or high blood pressure should be cautious when participating in high-altitude activities.

5. Vehicle Guarantee: Commercial vehicles are regularly disinfected and inspected, seats are fully insured, and the driver/guide has many years of experience on the Gulongxia route and is familiar with peak season congestion avoidance strategies;

6. Number of passengers: The 7-seater minivan can accommodate up to 6 passengers. It has ample luggage space and is suitable for small groups such as families, friends, and couples.

1. After booking, customer service will confirm the pick-up time, vehicle information, and driver/guide contact information by phone/SMS before 21:00 the day before your trip. Please keep your mobile phone accessible.

2. Departure time can be freely adjusted (choose any time between 07:00 and 10:00), simply note your requirements when placing your order;

3. If you are traveling with infants or large luggage, please inform us in advance when placing your order so that the driver/guide can reserve space for you.

4. The itinerary can be flexibly adjusted. If you need to add or remove stops or adjust the duration of sightseeing at attractions, please communicate and coordinate with the driver/guide in advance.

5. Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation more than 24 hours before departure; cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee; no refund will be given for cancellations made on the day of departure.
