The largest music festival in Eastern Taiwan, '2024 Hualien Summer Carnival,' is set to rock Dongdamen Night Market in Hualien City! The first two days (7/3~7/4) will kick off with independent bands, followed by performances from Golden Indie Music Award and Golden Melody Award-winning headliners like Cosmos People, EggPlantEgg, Mixer, and Constant & Change. The opening day will feature a spectacular high-altitude international fireworks show, promising 5 days of non-stop summer excitement! - Xincheng Old Street
Xincheng Township is the smallest township in Hualien, consisting of eight villages including Xincheng, Kangle, and Beipu. Since becoming a filming location for the famous movie 'Eternal Summer,' it has revitalized local tourism. Additionally, the nearby 'Xincheng Catholic Church' has become a sensational online photo spot due to its unique ship-shaped architecture coexisting with a Japanese shrine. - Qixingtan Beach
Located in Beipu Village, Xincheng Township, this area features a fault-formed strait and a crescent-shaped bay covered in pebbles. Travelers often stack wishing stones on the beach, which, combined with the deep blue Pacific Ocean, adds a touch of romance to the scenery. Qixingtan Scenic Area is situated next to Hualien Airport; occasionally, if you look up, you can see planes flying overhead, a unique view exclusive to Qixingtan. - Hualien Summer Carnival Concert
