It would be helpful if responses from the customer service team at Golden Dragon could be more timely. We were not informed about the details of the driver until we urgently called customer service prior the day we arrive. While the driver was kind, he had limited English proficiency, and we had to rely on a translator throughout the journey. Additionally, the condition of the car could be improved to enhance the customer experience, especially considering this was a long 6-hour trip. It would also be appreciated if a water bottle could be provided on the first day of the journey to make the ride more comfortable.

Our driver is Jacky, and he is very nice.He arrange the right route. We are thankful for his service.

最後まで不安で落ち着かない移動でした。集合場所では挨拶もなく、急に私たちの写真を撮られて(会社に送る為なのは分かっていますが)無言で出発しました。 ドライバーの方はシートベルトを最後まで付けず、高速道路では120キロの猛スピードでカーチェイス並みに車をバンバン抜いていき、車間距離も取らず荒い運転でした。 しまいにはスースーする眠気覚まし？みたいなのを鼻にあててて、居眠り運転でもされたらと不安で、小さな子供がいたので大人も終始気が抜けず冷や汗でした。 こんな事ならタクシーの方がマシだったかもしれません。チャーターした意味がまるでない。 1時間半ちょっとでパタヤに着きましたが、急いで向かって欲しいとは誰も言っていないし、安全運転で向かって欲しかったです。 前日にこちらで利用した際のドライバーさんがとても良い方だっただけに、今回はガッカリしました。 シートベルトさせるのは会社として徹底して欲しいです。
