跟大家一起團課，效果很好，人員服務也很到位

The gym is located in a department store called Gateway Ekamai, which is very easy to get to by using Sky train at Ekamai station It is super clean and very well organized. Once I arrived at the gym, the staff let me choose a pair of shorts. The teacher was great and fun, and he could speak a little bit of English. Don’t expect too much from the shower room, though. You need to bring your own towel and a change of clothes, but I decided to just go back to my hotel anyway. Overall, I would rate it 9/10 for everything. Cons - The shower room doesn’t provide towels or changing clothes - The toilet is outside the gym

每天的課程是不一樣的，看著螢幕照做，巡場教練會在課程中指導姿勢以及示範，平常有在重訓的我，認為這樣的運動也是算有強度的喔！有暖身、健身、收操，下次還可以參加

教練們都很認真教導，沒經驗的人也可以上手！打起來很有成就感

I had a good boxing class here! I join Ed serval different boxing class in Bangkok, but still had fun here! My session only me like private class, the class before me and after me were about 3 people, not like other class over 6 people. The coach can speak English can very detail for the pose and gesture, and how can improve. I can understand clearly. Please note it’s some distance between train station about 15 mins walk from BTS, and it’s on the second floor of building. I think can put some attention to maintain the environment more clean. ( not dirty but can be better

從熱身、課程至收操，每個階段都非常精實。 最特別的是拳館不是室內型的，是室外～（室外真心推 總之，來體驗一下就知道和一般室內拳館有何不同💯

修了証明書付きとあったので申し込んだら、修了証明書は2時間の際のみで、 １時間の場合は発行されないとの事でした、 申し込み画面にその様な事は書いて無かったのでガッカリしました。ただ先生は優しく丁寧に教えてくれました

The instructors were very friendly and although they couldn’t really speak english the session was easily understandable. The session is good for beginners to muay thai as well!
