We’ve been waiting in the port as given on the information in their website 4 departures, 2 ports but little did we know our horrible tour will turn into a nightmare. Their info and the website of the cruise is different. Ticket booked for a month or two in advance and take note you are charge as soon as you booked. The merchant knew it. You called the customer service on the same day of the tour but no one answered. You called the following day to request for a refund but all their answer is WAIT. We’ve waited for almost 2weeks and still the response is WAIT. Is this the kind of customer service you are giving to the people who booked a tour to enjoy their vacation or you just want to take our money and ruined our vacation? GUYS THINK MANY TIMES BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING on this app, this is absolutelye a scam! Until now, we are still waiting for our refund,HOPEFULLY!
