The customer service experience was excellent. Although it was 12 midnight, I still received message from the assistant immediately after I placed the order. Taking photo with a toddler, under hot sunny day was not easy. But the photographer was patience and brought toys in advance to please him. We were grateful for that. Photographer speaks fluent Chinese and English; excellent in guiding poses and excellent service. Happy with our choice. P.s. We dressed in casual for Asakusa outdoor photoshoot. They did not charge extra nor pushing us to rent kimono which were great!
