Because of the road repair, we were three minutes late. When our escort sent us in, we were told that we did not need to confirm the reservation form. But when the escort left, the receptionist asked us to show the reservation information. During our inquiry, he strongly prevented us seat, we only can stranded at front and waited. It's really embarrassing for us, old, helpless, to be treated like this when everyone is already seated and the performance has begun!
