excellent service. driver was very courteous and knowledgeable. he didn't speak english but i was able to communicate in Chinese. he could message in English via translator i guess. he was prompt and accommodating to our schedule. coordination was a cinch. tbh i thought they wouldn't show since F1 was so congested and it took longer than normal to get anywhere. luckily he was very responsive with messages on the day of service. i highly recommend him!
