I got to experience the rare and authentic process of working with metal to forge a real shuriken. The shuriken I polished with my own hands has a solid weight to it and is now one of my prized possessions. The option to upgrade to an even bigger and cooler shuriken is an amazing feature for anyone who wants to go all out.

I usually just use kitchen knives without thinking, but learning the traditional Japanese sharpening method from the ground up was an absolute eye-opener! I was genuinely moved by the incredible sharpness when testing the knife on paper after sharpening it myself. It's an exceptionally practical and intellectual experience you can put to use right away back home.

I love anything related to ninja, so I had to give this a try. It was much more hands-on than I expected. Making my own shuriken by pouring the molten metal and finishing it myself was such a fun experience. The staff were friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly, so I never felt nervous even though it was my first time. It was really satisfying to see the finished shuriken and know I had made it myself. Definitely one of the most memorable things I did in Japan.
