There were smooth communications before departure via KKday Apps to resolve our questions. Meeting and pick-up was very smooth and comfortable transportation to Club Med. Our arrival was too early but we were allowed to wait in the lobby with refreshment. The facilities and activities were great and there were many choices. F&B was good quality, in particular we enjoyed a delicious lunch with many choices at a buffet restaurant. It would be great if there were a locker and changing room on top of the shower.
