Due to expected high demand during the initial opening phase of Zootopia, the resort cannot guarantee that every park visitor will be able to enter the new area or experience the new attraction, Zootopia: Hot Pursuit. However, once the new area is open, guests can enjoy Zootopia-themed experiences throughout the park, including decorations, entertainment, dining, and merchandise.
- During the early operational phase, Zootopia: Hot Pursuit may occasionally experience temporary interruptions or brief closures. These interruptions could occur due to the complexity of the ride system and safety mechanisms, designed in line with industry standards and best practices.
