The Kashiwajima area is said to be home to one-third of all fish species found in Japan. Facing the Bungo Channel, where a branch of the Kuroshio Current flows, this area boasts over 1,000 species of temperate and subtropical marine life. It's a popular spot for divers captivated by its abundance of marine life. Introductory dives are designed for those experiencing scuba diving for the first time and are held at safe locations. We take the utmost care to ensure your safety, and an instructor or guide will provide almost one-on-one guidance and instruction. *Please note that you must not fly for at least 18 hours after an introductory dive!
Equipment rental is included. A diving experience where you can participate without bringing anything.
* To allow for equipment preparation, please be sure to fill in the name, gender, height, weight, and shoe size of all participants when applying. All you need to bring is a swimsuit and a towel. All necessary equipment is included in the rental fee. The tour will last approximately 2 hours, with the first half dedicated to explaining how to use the equipment and safety precautions. In the second half, we will travel by boat to the diving point and explore the beautiful underwater world for about 30 minutes. * Please note that once we arrive at the diving point by boat, no refunds or discounts will be given if you are unable to dive or have to wait on board for reasons unrelated to you.

Then take National Route 56 to Sukumo City → From Sukumo City, take National Route 321 to Prefectural Route 43 to Kashiwajima! ・For those coming by train: Take the Limited Express Nanpu from Okayama Station. (There may be a transfer at Nakamura along the way.) Our staff will provide free transportation to Sukumo Station. ・For those coming by other means: For those coming from the Keihanshin area by long-distance bus: Take the "Shimanto Blue Liner" and you'll be in Sukumo City all in one go while you sleep! Our staff will provide transportation to Sukumo Station. The transportation fee is 1,000 yen per person.
