Arrive and check in at Guest Services at least 15–30 min before your activity.
Dress for the cold: warm waterproof layers, gloves, hat, sunglasses/goggles and sunscreen (high alpine UV).
Age, height and weight limits apply to some activities (e.g. tubing) — confirm per package; children must be supervised by an adult.
Transport to the mountain is not included; the access road may require snow chains — allow extra travel time (~45 min from Queenstown).
