(1) Cancellations and changes can be processed normally 72 hours or more before departure;
(2) For cancellation or change requests made 24-72 hours before departure, the cost of the Penguin Island single ticket already incurred will be deducted or made up.
(3) If the trip resources have been actually used within 0-24 hours before departure, the fee will not be refunded. Alternatively, you may choose to change to the "Rainbow Hut + Penguin Island" trip. The price difference resulting from the change of trip will be refunded.

This allows for an immersive connection with the passing forest scenery. It is generally safe if passengers follow the railway's safety instructions, which include keeping feet clear of tunnels and bridges and ensuring children are properly supervised. Always adhere to the staff's guidance.

Besides penguins, you might also spot various seabirds and other local fauna like wallabies or possums in the area.
