After ordering, the travel bag will be shipped within 7 days according to the recipient information filled in on the order. Please make sure that your name, phone number and address are complete and correct.
As travel bags require processing and shipping time, please place your order at least 7 days before your expected travel date to allow time for shipping arrangements.
Please record the entire process of opening the travel bag upon delivery to protect your rights. Once the travel bag has been shipped, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted; tickets that have already been redeemed are also non-refundable.
Before using the tickets, please check the opening hours, holidays, reservation rules and redemption restrictions of each attraction and participating store, and use them in accordance with on-site announcements and store regulations.
Tickets may only be redeemed according to the face value and usage rules, and may not be resold, altered, photocopied, reproduced or reused; lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued.
In case of inclement weather, temporary closure of stores, force majeure or other factors affecting usage, please refer to the latest announcements from the organizer and partner stores.
Goods will be shipped out gradually after July 13th.
