Meeting point description: Redeem your vouchers at any Big Bus hop-on hop-off stops. You can board the river cruise at Tower Pier (near stop 16) or Westminster Pier (near stop 18). The Changing of the Guard Walking Tour starts at 10am from stop 7 (Trafalgar Square), the City of London Past to Present Walking Tour starts at 1pm from stop 14 (St Paul’s Cathedral), the Jack the Ripper Walking Tour starts at 4pm from stop 16 (Tower of London). The Panoramic Evening tour departs daily at 6pm from stop 11, it's suggest to be at the stop 15 minutes before the beginning of the tour to secure your spot.

The Red Route has a duration of about 2 hours and 30 minutes. Its frequency is about every 10 - 20 minutes
The Blue Route has a duration of about 3 hours and 30 minutes. Its frequency is about every 10 - 20 minutes
The Green Route has a duration of about one hour. Its frequency is about every 45 - 60 minutes
With the Essential and Explore ticket options you can choose between 3 walking tours that run daily and have duration from 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours:
1. Royal Walk (Stop #8, 10:00am, 1.5hrs) reveals London's iconic royal pageantry, including the Changing of the Guard on days it is scheduled
2. Jack the Ripper Walk (Stop #19, 1:00pm, 2hrs) follows in the steps of the notorious Whitechapel murderer and his victims
3. Harry Potter Walking Tour (Stop #21, 4:00pm, 2hrs) explores various filming locations and inspirations from the movies
The Explore ticket includes also the Panoramic Evening tour, that departs daily at 7:30pm from stop 12 London Eye (Eastbound) (bus stop next to Lion Statue, outside London Marriott County Hall), please note that this is a non-stop tour that lasts 2 hours
