• Please make sure the name and email address is correct when boooking
• Each box seat is approximately 540cm x 720cm and can seat up to 40 guests who will need to share the space. There is no assigned seat
• Dinner will be a bento
• The reservation is made by request and it will take some time to confirm. Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so depending on the situation, you may be placed on a wait list or your reservation may not be accepted. You reservation is only confirmed when you receive a booking voucher. In the unlikely event that the tour is cancelled, we will contact you within the stipulated timeframe. Please note that if you do not wish to be placed on a wait list, you can cancel and refund the booking
• This tour is conducted in Japanese only, including all information provided by the tour guide during the trip. However, to ensure the smooth operation and safety, we will provide information(meeting place, departure time, etc.) via translation apps as best as we can
• Please be punctual during the tour. The tour does not wait for latecomers

— What to Bring —

• A flashlight (dimly lit path from the fireworks venue to the parking lot)
• Raincoat (No umbrellas when watching fireworks)
• Heat prevention: Hat, drinks, easily removable clothing, sunscreen, cooling spray, etc.
• A cushion (the viewing area is on soil covered by a tarp) 

— What NOT to Do — 

• Chairs with any heights are prohibited, including low chairs with backrests. This applies to the waiting time before the fireworks begin and while watching the fireworks.
• Using an umbrella after sunset. Please be considerate of others when using it before sunset
• Setting tripods higher than eye level while seated. Please be considerate of others when using one
