  • Our vessel is operated by a licensed captain and a safety-certified crew trained in first aid and water rescue to assist you throughout the journey.

  • Clear instructions will be provided before using the water slide, diving deck, or kayaks. Please follow the crew’s guidance to ensure a safe landing in the water.

  • Guests should be in good physical health. If you have a heart condition, back problems, or are pregnant, please consult with our staff before using the diving platform or water slide.

  • Our buffet is prepared fresh daily. Please inform our coordinators during check-in if you have any severe food allergies (especially seafood or nuts) so we can assist you during the meal.

  • All sea activities are subject to weather and sea conditions. In the event of a cancellation for safety reasons, we will assist you with rescheduling.

  • Morning Cruise Meeting Time is 8:00 to 8:15 AM and Sunset Cruise is 15:00 PM.
