Itinerary Notes and Important Information: 1. Due to the closure of Mt. Fuji's 5th Station during winter, the itinerary from December 1st to April 25th of the following year will be changed to a visit to Shinkurayama Asama Park. 2. Baggage Policy: Each traveler may bring one piece of luggage free of charge (size not limited; please specify when registering). An additional 2,000 yen will be charged per piece for any excess luggage. Please inform us in advance of any extra luggage allowance so that we can arrange the appropriate vehicle type. 3. Child Pricing: Infants aged 0-2 years are free of charge if they do not occupy a seat (must be held in an adult's arms). Children aged 3 years and above are charged the same as adults. If you choose a small group tour with hotel pick-up and drop-off, children aged 0 years and above will need to occupy a seat and will be charged. If children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are not booked in advance, resulting in insufficient seats on the day, they will not be able to board the bus, and the fee will not be refunded. Please note. 4. Driver and Guide Service Fee Explanation: 1-13 people is a small group tour. 14-45 people is a bus tour. The actual vehicle type and tour type will be adjusted according to the number of people on the day of the tour. 5. Reference Vehicle Types (arranged according to the number of people): 5-8 seats: Toyota Alphard or equivalent 9-14 seats: Toyota Hiace or equivalent 18-22 seats: minibus 22 people or more: large bus ※ The above vehicle types are for reference only and will be adjusted according to the number of people on the day of the tour.

Each vehicle type has passenger and luggage capacity limits. Please be sure to select the appropriate vehicle type based on the actual number of people and luggage, and specify the correct number of people and luggage when placing your order. If the vehicle type limits are exceeded on the day of your trip, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and will not provide a refund.

When placing an order, please be sure to provide complete information (name + number of people + phone number + email address) to avoid errors that may affect your trip.

This is a fixed itinerary and cannot be changed. However, the driver may make temporary changes to the itinerary depending on traffic conditions on the day of departure. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Depending on the traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowds on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change. If the itinerary is delayed or cancelled due to the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, please understand that no refund can be requested on this basis.

During the trip, please keep your passport and valuables with you at all times and keep them safe. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

Please note that no refunds will be given for any absences or cancellations due to personal issues, lateness, or other reasons.

Please be sure to abide by local Japanese laws and regulations, and do not bring any items prohibited by Japanese law to avoid violating the law and affecting your own rights and interests.

During free time, please pay attention to your personal safety and property security. If you fail to heed advice and an accident or loss occurs, you will be responsible for the consequences.

Eating and drinking are generally prohibited inside the vehicle. In special circumstances, you may request assistance from the driver.
