Once your booking is confirmed, our KKday Cruise Operations team will endeavor to send you an Official Disney Confirmation as soon as possible. While we strive to do so within one (1) business day, due to varying operational demands, this process may take longer.
This Official Disney Confirmation Number ensures that your booking is confirmed with Disney Cruise Line.
Once your booking is confirmed, it may still take some time for your personal details (and that of your traveling party, if any) to be updated in Disney Cruise Line’s system. It may take up to (30) business days to have your particulars updated on the Official Disney Confirmation via Disney Cruise Line's Operations Team.
Please be patient as updates may not be immediate and you will not be able to log in to the 'Disney Cruise Line Navigator App' or 'The Disney Cruise Line Website' until your information has been fully processed.
Due to cruise capacity limitations, the 3rd and 4th guests in a stateroom are subject to availability. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your spots. For popular departure dates, if the cruise is already at full capacity, the 3rd and 4th guests will be waitlisted, and we will keep you informed of any updates. As there is a cancellation policy, vacancies may become available before departure. If so, we will accommodate your waitlisted guests once a spot opens.
Gratuities are not collected in advance. After boarding, gratuities will be automatically charged by Disney Cruise Line and settled onboard.
For any special requests such as baby cribs, baby bathtubs, wheelchairs, or other assistance, please submit your request after you are able to access the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App, or contact Disney directly through the official Disney Cruise Line website. Please note that special requests left as remarks at the time of booking may not be reviewed by Disney Cruise Line.
Please note that infants must be at least 6 months old on the day of boarding (those under 6 months will not be permitted to board), and guests 24 weeks pregnant or more are not allowed to board (those under 24 weeks must inform us in advance and carry a 'Fit to Travel' certificate); if a name change is required due to pregnancy, medical conditions, or other unforeseen health-related factors, please notify us at least 40 days prior to the departure date.
