- Adult tickets are for passengers aged 17-59, child tickets are for passengers aged 3-16, and senior tickets are for passengers aged 60 and above. If you are booking using senior, student, or child fares, you will need to prepare relevant documents (such as a valid English student ID, passport, etc.) for staff to check in.
- Bookings are not accepted for travelers under 18 years of age traveling alone. Each booking must be accompanied by at least one traveler aged 18 or older.

- In the event of major local events, attraction closures, or other force majeure events that cause changes to the itinerary or prevent entry to attractions, adjustments may be made or attractions may be changed to exterior views only. The final arrangements on the day shall prevail.
- It is recommended to arrive at the designated departure point at least 30 minutes in advance. The doors will be closed 15 minutes before departure. All tours will depart on time. If a tourist does not arrive on time, the tour will be treated as "NO SHOW" and no rescheduling or refund will be offered.
- If the tour is cancelled due to insufficient participants, we will notify you in advance. You can choose to join an English-language guided tour with the same itinerary departing on the same day (same price, no refund or additional payment), or cancel your booking and apply for a full refund.
- Most guided tours will accompany you inside the attractions and provide professional commentary. However, Windsor Castle has a special rule prohibiting guided tours inside, so you will need to rent a multilingual audio guide.
- Passengers are not allowed to bring large luggage on day tour bus tours. Thank you for your understanding.
