[Regarding the cancellation of the tournament due to natural disasters]

The Sumida River Fireworks Festival will proceed even in light rain, but may be canceled or postponed due to severe weather or circumstances beyond the organizers' control. There are no restrooms at the meeting point, so please use the facilities beforehand. It will be crowded on the day, so please arrive early. If you are attending with companions, please meet up beforehand.

*This plan is based on information available as of March 10th. The festival may be unavoidably canceled or its contents changed due to requests from the national or local government.
*Please note that even if the minimum number of participants has been reached, the event will not be considered "confirmed to proceed" until the details are officially announced by the event organizers.

[About houseboats]

The fireworks display will be viewed from the second venue. The boat you will be boarding will be two stories high. You can enjoy meals and other services on the first floor, and then watch the fireworks from the second-floor deck. Please note that due to capacity limitations, you will be asked to go up to the second-floor deck in shifts.

Please refrain from bringing food and drinks onto the ship's deck.

Onboard, you will be seated in sunken seating areas. Seating will be at our discretion; you cannot request a specific seat. Please note that you may be seated with other guests outside of your group.

Due to traffic restrictions on the Sumida River, our departure will be earlier than scheduled (around 3:00 PM). Therefore, there will be a waiting period of approximately 3-4 hours before the fireworks begin. Please enjoy your dinner during this waiting time. Also, please be aware that due to congestion on the river after the fireworks, it may take 1-2 hours to return to the dock.

The Sumida River Fireworks Festival is launched from two locations: the first venue and the second venue. This tour will take you to the area near the second venue, where you will be able to view the fireworks from inside or off a boat.
