Night service fee
If you book before 6:00 or after 22:00, an additional night service fee of 1000 yen per hour will be charged.
Child car seat
One child seat can be provided free of charge. If two or more are needed, an additional 2,000 yen will be charged for each additional child seat.
Overtime fee
The private charter car period begins at the agreed pick-up time and ends at the drop-off point.
If the rental period exceeds the scheduled duration, an overtime fee of 5,000 yen per hour will be charged, payable in cash to the driver on the same day. Even if overtime is caused by traffic jams or other unforeseen circumstances, the fee will still be 5,000 yen per hour.
Reminders
You can change your pick-up location free of charge up to two days in advance; changes made after this deadline will not be accepted.
If you are unable to travel due to uncontrollable circumstances, please provide relevant proof and consult customer service 24 hours before the booking time. We will consider canceling the trip without penalty, providing a partial refund, or trying our best to reschedule it for you. We will also inform you of any additional costs incurred due to the changes.
Please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle. If cleaning is required, we reserve the right to claim compensation from you.
If you experience motion sickness, please let us know in advance. The driver will provide you with trash bags; please do not vomit on the bus. We reserve the right to claim compensation from you for any cleaning costs incurred.
Driver service language: Chinese/Japanese. Note: The driver will not accompany passengers into scenic areas.
