• Baggage allowance: Each person is limited to one suitcase of 24 inches or smaller. If you have large or excess luggage, please contact us. We can adjust vehicle arrangements as needed, which may incur additional charges.
• We will arrange hotels according to your selection. If you wish to specify a hotel or change hotels, please contact us. Additional charges may apply.

Budget hotels: Yishang Plus Hotel (Qian Gu Qing Branch), Qianmo Resort Hotel, Jiuzhaigou Liquan Hotel, Jiuzhaigou Youyue International Hotel or similar.

Comfortable hotels: Jiuzhaigou Licheng Huating Hotel, Jiuzhaigou Days Wyndham Hotel, Jiuzhaigou Xishe Yunshan Hotel or similar.

• If there are children, only one child aged 6 and under can stay for free per room. If there are more than one child over the age limit, please contact customer service.
• Tickets must be purchased using real names. Please provide the accurate identity information of all travelers.
• Please provide an accurate pick-up and drop-off address. This product covers pick-up and drop-off within 12km of Chengdu Tianfu Square. Outside this area, a charge of RMB 50-100 will be applied depending on the situation.
• This trip will take you to a high-altitude area. Please have a medical check-up before departure to ensure your health condition is suitable for travel. Travelers aged 60 and above must present a hospital medical report. Mild altitude sickness is normal in high-altitude areas; however, the trip may be cancelled at any time if severe altitude sickness occurs. Our company will not be liable for any impact or loss caused by altitude sickness.
• Tourists with serious heart, lung, brain, or respiratory diseases, severe anemia, or other related conditions should not travel and must not conceal their condition. Our company will not be responsible for any consequences arising from travel undertaken by concealing medical conditions.
• The Huanglong Scenic Area does not include the downhill cable car and electric shuttle bus. If you do not wish to hike down the mountain, you can purchase these separately. As the number of electric shuttle bus tickets is limited daily, please purchase them in advance to avoid them selling out. We can also purchase them for you.
