- This is a restaurant reservation service fee to secure your seat. Please note that this fee cannot be used to pay for the meal.
- To change your order, please contact KKday customer service. However, KKday and the restaurant have the final say on whether or not an order can be changed, so please fill in your details carefully when placing your order.
- Please confirm that the order details are correct. If any errors in the order details cause any loss to your rights, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
- Restaurants strictly adhere to reservation time policies; latecomers will be considered to have voluntarily forfeited their reservations. Latecomers will not be able to request changes, cancellations, or refunds on this basis.
- Meal time is limited, so if you are late and your meal time is shortened, we regret that we cannot extend your meal time.
- You understand, agree, and authorize the ordering platform to submit reservation requests to the restaurant on your behalf when necessary, as it provides reservation services.
- Despite the terms of use outlined in KKday's Terms of Use, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will do its best to support you, but please note that we assume no liability.
