• If the actual usage time exceeds the service time, the fee is 8,000 yen/hour for 5/7 seats and 10,000 yen/hour for 10 seats. Please pay the driver before getting off the vehicle. The time is based on the scheduled pick-up time and the time of getting off the vehicle at the end of the trip.
• If you have a lot of large luggage, we recommend booking a suitable vehicle type to accommodate all your luggage. Any additional costs incurred due to not meeting the recommended passenger and luggage capacity for the vehicle type will be borne by the passenger.

Reminders
If you are unable to travel due to force majeure events such as flight cancellations or severe weather (travel restrictions issued by the transportation bureau), please contact customer service and provide relevant documentation. We will then process a full refund for you.
If you require a child safety seat or booster seat, please make a note or consult customer service in advance so that we can provide it. We regret that we cannot provide additional items on the day of your visit.
The day before departure, the after-sales customer service will send the driver and vehicle information to the customer in the established after-sales group. The driver will wait for the customer at the designated pick-up location at the specified time.
Please try not to eat inside the vehicle during your journey. If you must eat, please do not eat any food scraps and take your trash off the vehicle. If you accidentally cause pollution inside the vehicle, you will be responsible for the vehicle cleaning costs.
