What You Can Expect

- Please arrive at Munatabi Lab Tourist Station about 10 minutes before your reserved time to complete the rental procedure. A photo ID is required for renting the bicycle, so please be sure to bring it with you.
- ☆Rental Bike Plan☆
- After completing the rental procedure, please feel free to explore at your leisure. Please return to Munatabi Lab by 4.00PM.
Purchase Notice
・Please inform your preferred start time when making a reservation.
・Children of junior high school age or younger must be accompanied by a guardian.For safety reasons, children below junior high school age are not allowed to use the bicycles alone.
In addition, all users who are junior high school age or younger require a guardian’s accompaniment.

Reminders
・Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your reserved time.
・Please wear a helmet.
・Turn on the front light when it is dark around you.
・Always lock your bicycle when parking.
・Please obey traffic laws and related regulations, and be fully mindful of traffic manners.
・Users must always check that the provided equipment is complete before using the rental bicycle.If any items are found to be missing before use, please notify the staff immediately to either add the missing items or cancel the rental.
・If any of the accessories lent other than the bicycle itself (helmet, wire lock, key) are lost, stolen, or damaged, the following fees will be charged:
①Helmet: 8,500 yen
②Wire lock: 4,000 yen
③Key: 4,000 yen
・If any accessories are missing and the bicycle is returned without notifying the rental location, the user will be responsible for the cost of the missing items under any circumstances.
・ID required at rental.

- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
