●If there are fewer than two participants, the tour may not proceed.
●Meals are not included for children (ages 2-6).
*Due to expected traffic congestion on weekends and holidays, the departure time will be moved up to 8:00.
*The expressway to Yilan is particularly congested on weekends, so we recommend that you participate on a weekday if possible.

●Meals included in the tour may be served on large platters depending on the number of people. Please note that food is generally served on large platters in restaurants in Taiwan.

If you wish to leave the group, please inform the guide on the day and sign a leaving form. Please note that there will be no change in the tour price, as this will be due to your own convenience.

Please bring water, an umbrella, medicine depending on your personal condition, sunscreen products, or cold-resistant clothing depending on your personal condition.

●Private vehicles: 2-seater sedan, 9-seater van for 3-6 passengers, 20-seater medium-sized bus for 7-12 passengers, 43-seater large bus for 13+ passengers ●Children's use conditions: Children under 4 years old or weighing less than 18kg must use a child seat. If you bring your own, the first one is free of charge, but there is a rental fee for any additional ones (NT$500 each).
●Guide: One Japanese speaking guide will be provided for the entire trip.

Reminders
●The tour schedule may be changed or canceled due to weather, traffic conditions, etc.
If the tour schedule is changed or canceled due to natural disasters including typhoons, natural disasters, wars, riots, etc., or if you are unable to participate due to flight cancellations or delays, we will refund the tour price minus a 30% handling fee.
●You can join the tour on the day. If you can make it in time for the departure time, you can apply.
●Depending on the date of your reservation, we may not be able to respond to your reservation confirmation until after weekends, Taiwanese public holidays, the Lunar New Year period, etc.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
